$10 ENTRY FEE per piece -- limit of three per member. ENTRY LABELS -- are to be filled out and attached to the back of each piece. ENTRY FORMS -- are to be filled out and submitted along with your pieces on the drop-off date. Please be thorough when filling out your forms. DROP-OFF -- your pieces at the Creative Arts Gallery on Monday, August 2, 2010 between 9am and 1pm. PICK-UP --- your work at the Gallery on Friday, August 27, 2010 between 9am and 12 noon only. SALES -- the Gallery will take a 25% commission on all sales.
